For over 40 years we have been a leading institution of theological education in Malawi. We offer two National Council of Higher Education programs: Diploma in Theology and Bachelor of Divinity. Rooted in the Church of Central Africa (Presbyterian) we actively work towards unifying Christians of all types. ZTC gives students many exciting opportunities here in Malawi and in Scotland through our partnership with the University of Aberdeen and their Master's programs.

Our Programs
We have two accredited programs, a Diploma in Theology (3 years) and a Bachelor's in Divinity (4 years). In addition, we offer certificate programs including a course in ministry for women. While we are mainly a residential college (you live and study here in Zomba) we do have the opportunity for some distance learning.
Our Faculty
Our principal is Rev. Dr. Takuze Chitsulo who has a PhD from KwaZulu Natal University (South Africa) in Old Testament. He is an expert on the prophetic books of the Bible and how they relate to southern Africa. Detailed biographies of our faculty will follow.
Our Campus
Conveniently located in Zomba you will find our campus on the Chancellor College road. Come by for a visit to see our nearly finished Women's Hostel, our refurbished Library, and our soon to be updated classrooms. Things are only getting better at ZTC!
